Selena Gomez Makeover 1

Hi guys! It's me, WhatsWhatGurl, here to introduce a new idea of mine- to create makeover ideas to show how to recreate the fabulous and fun looks of stars! I'll start with this chapter: Selena Gomez. This post is part one! Tell me what you think in the comments below. (:

 

THINGS YOU'LL NEED

1. Volumizing Mascara (Dot)

2. Black Fluid Liner (Dot)

3. Black Eye Kohl (Dot)

4. Warm Apricot Blush (Dot)

5. Cashmere Rose Blush (Dot)

6. Sunset Gold Eyeshadow (Dot)

7. Heart Dotted Sweater (Wild Candy)

8. A black, strapless dress. (i.e. Ruffled Basic Frock from Bonjour Bisou, Principals Annissa Dress from Unknown)

9. Any shoes you like! (Suggestions: Black Gold Heels from Perfect Day, Sheer Studded Heels from Perfect Day, Two Tone Heels from Perfect Day)

10. Luxe Lipgloss (Luxe)

MAKEUP TUTORIAL
1. Line your doll's eyes with the fluid eyeliner. Don't cat-eye it. Make a light point around the inner corners of your MeDoll's eyes. Don't fully point it, though. This creates a dark and pretty look, without looking melodramatic.
2. Use the Black Eye Kohl to add smokey black on the outer part of her eyelid. Then add a bit of it beneath her eye on the outer side. Don't connect the two areas! This addition to her makeup creates a balancing effect so her eyeliner doesn't stand alone.
3. Apply mascara to make her eyes pop even more!
4. Apply the lip gloss for extra glamorous shimmer!
5. Add the eyeshadow, liberally applying it onto your doll's eyelid. This step is optional because of how light the eyeshadow is, if you want to save a few SD. This shadow creates a highlighting effect on her lids.
6. Swipe on a bit of the Warm Apricot Blush on the middle part of her cheeks, swiping diagonally toward her mouth. This warms up her look.
7. Swipe very lightly with the Cashmere Rose Blush just beneath the first blush. This adds the girlish rosiness without going overboard.

CLOTHING MAKEOVER 
1. Use the Heart Dotted Sweater from Wild Candy in place of the sheer polka-dot top.
2. Use a strapless black dress atop the sweater. I suggest the Ruffled Basic Frock (found at Bonjour Bisou) or the Principals Annissa Dress (I only found it through Search- click the Black and Dresses icons. I found it on the last page.)
3. Pick shoes and accessories! For shoes, I suggest Black Gold Heels, Sheer Studded Heels, and Two Tone Heels (all from Perfect Day).
